Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver outstanding customer service and will do our very best to send your parcel as soon as possible. All our items are dispatched from us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please allow up to a week for custom and handmade items and Art Prints.

Most of our products will be send via tracked Australia Post satchels at a flat rate of $9 (standard) or $13 (express) Australia wide.

SOME EXCLUSIONS APPLY:

  • Art Prints are shipped separately for a flat rate of $4.50 (standard) and $9.50 (express).
  • Due to it’s size and weight, our gift boxes are shipped separately to non gift box items and therefore incur an additional postage charge. The charge (flat rate of $12 (standard) and $16 (express)) is added to the product cost automatically, depending on the shipping option you choose on the gift box product page.
  • We ship WORLDWIDE (excl. of USA/CAN) for a flat rate of $30!
  • We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders above $150, if payment is processed via Pay Pal only! Find more info here!

Due to Marli & Me having its home base in Rural WA, please allow for a few additional days for our products to get to you. We promise it will be worth it. #buyfromthebush

Returns & Refund Policy

We hope that you enjoy your online purchase, however, Marli & Me will gladly accept returns, exchanges and refunds of products purchased directly from our website!

If you purchased our Marli & Me™ or Cheeky Toes™ products from a retailer, please contact the retailer for details on how to return.

Our return/exchange/refund policy is strictly 14 days from the date your order was DELIVERED (based on Australia Post tracking information).

Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving your order, via our Contact Us page.

What items are returnable?

Returnable items are:

  • All non-customised/personalised items
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • With tags and in original packaging

What items are non-returnable?

Non-returnable items are:

  • Gift cards/Gift certificates
  • Clearance/Sale items
  • Dummies and Sawyer Bear Essential Oils due to health and safety reasons.

How Do I Return?

  1. You MUST contact us with your order number, email address used at check out and the reason for your return FIRST.
  2. After we have confirmed your return request and issued you with processing number, we will ask you to return the eligible item(s) back to Marli & Me at your own expense and risk. It is your responsibility to select a return postage option which includes tracking as we cannot take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive.
  3. Detailed instructions on how and where to send your item(s) will be included in our return request confirmation email.
  4. Item(s) send back to Marli & Me without having obtained a processing number first will incur a longer processing time of 7+ days.
  5. If your returned item(s) is not delivered, has no tracking and/or states delivered but our warehouse has not received it, we reserve the right to decline your refund and return.

How long until I receive my refund?

  • We will attempt to get back to your return request within 3-5 business days. You will receive a return request confirmation email containing your return processing number, if you have been deemed eligible to return your item(s) on preliminary assessment.
  • After we have received your items it we will properly assess your return within 3 business days. If your return request has been successful you will be issued with a refund within 14 days of the date of our final return acceptance email. In the case that your return request has been denied we will issue you with a store credit (also within 14 days) to the initial purchase value of the item(s).
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment(s).

Returns due to reasons beyond our controle.

Packages that are sent back to Marli & Me for insufficient address, refused package, could not deliver, mailbox full, or any reason beyond our control are subject to an $9 fee (standard postage charge), which will be deducted from your original purchase upon issuing a refund. Please double check and ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we cannot change information once the order is being processed.

Exchange:

What items can be exchanged?

We only exchange items if they are faulty, defective or if there has been a mistake on our behalf (e.g. colour or spelling mistake).

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please place a new order for that item and complete the return request procedure as outlined above for the original item. A refund will be issued within 14 calendar days of final return acceptance email.

Gifts:

We only offer store credit on products that have been purchased on our website and gifted to you. Products must have been deemed eligible for return following above outlined procedure and terms. You will need the original order number to return gifted items.

No refund will be given for gifted items.
