SHIPPING & RETURN
If you happen to have any questions to our shipping and return policy outlined below, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We strive to deliver outstanding customer service and we will do our best to send your parcel as soon as possible. All our items are dispatched from us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please allow up to a week for custom orders.
Most of our products will be send via tracked Australia Post satchels at a flat rate of $9 (standard) or $13 (express) Australia wide. Soother Chains and Art Prints (if ordered individually) ship at a reduced flat rate of $4.50 (standard) untracked.
Due to Marli & Me having its home base in Rural WA please allow for a few additional days for our products to get to you. We promise it will be worth it.

We ship WORLDWIDE for a flat rate of $30 (AUS)!
We also offer FREE pick up from Newdegate (6355). So if you happen to be in the Newdegate area or are heading to one of the markets we are attending and would rather pick up your items, please select option ‘pick up’ at check out and contact us to make an appointment.

Returns & Refund Policy
Please understand that due to the nature of our products we can’t accept returns due to change of mind. So please choose carefully!
We all have been there – mistakes happen, so in the instance that you have received an incorrect or faulty products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items and we happily exchange it for you.
Please contact us via our Contact us form and let us know your order number, name, address and reason for wanting to return your item.
For all returns, please contact us first and a replacement of the product or a store credit to the value of the initial purchase price will be issued on return of the unopened/unused product/s back to Marli & Me.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs associated with returning and re-sending your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
