RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HAPPINESS GUARANTEE – We sincerely hope that you are happy with your purchase, however, in the case that you are not satisfied, Marli & Me will accept returns and exchanges of products purchased directly from our website!
Any product (some exemptions apply)* that is unused and unwashed, in its original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable), and has been purchased within the last 30 days is eligible for return.
Our refund policy is strictly 7 days for a refund and 30 days for an exchange or store credit. Days are from the date your order was DELIVERED (based on Australia Post tracking information).
If you purchased our Marli & Me™ or cheeky toes™ products from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for details on how to return your item(s).
Please inspect your item when you receive it as returns that don’t follow these guidelines won’t be accepted. Once we receive an eligible return, your return/exchange will be processed.
Damaged or faulty items MUST be reported within 7 days of receiving your order, via our Contact Us page or by emailing hello@marliandme.com.au.
Return Criteria:
- In original condition (unwashed/unworn)
- With original packaging and tags attached (if applicable)
- Purchased within the last 30 days
- Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges
*What items are exempt from returns/exchanges?
- All customised/personalised items
- All cheeky toes™ toys & dummy clips (unless faulty).
- Gift cards/Gift certificates
- Items marked as 'final sale' or from our CLEARANCE section
Damaged or faulty items MUST be reported within 7 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving your order, via our Contact Us page or by emailing hello@marliandme.com.au.
Steps to return/exchange:
- Contact us at hello@marliandme.com.au or via our Contact Us page.
- Tell us your order number, what item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
- Inform us what action you would like to take
- Replace with another of the same item
- Exchange for a different item
- Receive a store credit for the full purchase price
- Receive a refund to your original payment method (available for 7 days after delivery only).
- If your return is accepted, we will ask you to return the items to our nominated address.
- Marli & Me is not responsible for paying for postage of your return items.
- Please repack items safely into a box or mailer and post at your local post office. Please tracked postage only as we do not accept returns/exchanges that got lost in the mail.

Please do this quickly as your refund or exchange will not be processed until your return items have been received and inspected and we are happy that the item has not been worn or tampered with.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Marli & Me is not responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Paying for return postage is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Previously exchanged items are not eligible for returns or additional exchanges.
Gifts:
We only offer a store credit on products that have been purchased on our website and gifted to you. Products must have been deemed eligible for a return following the above-outlined procedure and terms. You will need the original order number to return a gifted item.
Please note: No refund will be given for gifted items.
Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind our products 100% and every item gets checked carefully during manufacturing and again before sending it to you, to ensure the highest quality possible. However, there might be some rare cases where a faulty item slips through.
We accept returns on any items that have manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Not covered - no exceptions
- International orders and clearance items
- Normal wear and tear (pilling, wear holes, snags on fabric)
- Items that have been modified or personalized
- Accidental damage (washing machine, torn, stained, etc.)
- Shrinkage
