I am so excited to introduce you to our newest addition, our Mala-inspired pendant range.
The Mala is a traditional pendant that originated in India over 3000 years ago. Representing something different to each person, the traditional Mala necklace may be used as a tool for meditation, a beautiful reminder of an intention, an inspiration, or a positive manifestation of a feeling.
Our MALA pendant range is made of more beads than the traditional 108 beads as my intention was not to design a mala necklace in it's traditional sense.
I more so took inspiration from its pendant design and its intricate combination of small beads and knots. I also very much loved the idea of designing a necklace that may empower you and be your daily reminder of just how great, beautiful, strong and loved you are.
Necklace: Length: approx. 98cm / Drop: 49cm
Materials: Silicone beads, beech wood beads, nylon cord, plastic clasp
Tip: All our necklaces can easily be shortened. Simply undo and readjust knots equally on both sides, cut off the excess cord, slide the clasp back over knots and you got yourself a shorter necklace.
Safety
Our Marli & Me nursing jewellery is for adults to wear.
It is not teething jewellery* or a toy. Ages 3+ ONLY!
Baby can safely touch and play with necklace while nursing, but only when
worn by mum. Do not let your baby play with our necklaces independently, as it can pose a chocking and strangulation hazard.
Keep bracelets away from babies and small children at all times and they can break easily when tugged sharply.
*Due to a change in regulation by the ACCC silicone jewellery is no longer
allowed to be sold or advertised as teething jewellery, due to all
products with the intention of being mouthed by an infant (0-36 months)
having to conform with Australian Toy safety standards. The vast
majority of (silicone) necklaces would fail the stringent testing laid out by those standards.
Care
> To care for and prolong the lifespan of your Marli & Me™ silicone necklaces wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soapy water only.
> Do not sterilise or place in dishwasher.
> Dry completely lying flat before storing it away in our reusable storage pouch.

Flat rate shipping of $10.00 (standard) and $15 (express), Australia wide.
Art prints ship separately for $5.50 (standard) and $10.50 (express).
